Live Fashion Illustrations


How It Works:

  • I will set up a list and have guests come to my table to fill out their names.
  • Guests can pose for a quick photo so I can reference their outfits and looks, and I will sketch from the photo and guests can go back to the event (they do not need to be with me at all for sketching, only unless they want to watch for fun:)
  • I typically spend around 5-10 minutes per sketch depending on how much detail I needed to capture.
  • 2 people maximum per sketch. For example, a group of 6 would take up time from other guests and will not fit nicely on paper.
  • Sketches will be placed on the table like a gallery for guests to pick up at the end of the night.
  • Sketches will be packaged nicely in a clear sleeve bag to bring home.

You Will Receive:

  • 2 or 3 hours of live sketching
  • Typically 5-10 minutes each per sketch. 
  • This is a service by hour and not by the number of sketches, so unfortunately I will not be able to take on additional requests once our agreed upon time has passed.



What is live fashion sketching?

Just like having music or beverages cart at events and wedding, live sketching is a very unique and special way to capture the event. Guests can bring home a custom drawing of themselves. It’s a fun surprise and delight for your guests!

What is needed on the day of?

I will take care of everything as a live sketching artist (paper, art supplies, and any electronics I need for the job). All I need is a table and chair (around 4-6ft and preferably no circle tables) from the venue and be placed near good lighting and away from loud music so that I can focus on making sketches for the event. 

A little tip: place me where most of your guest can see me on the way out so that they can grab their sketches home!

Can we brand or customize the art?

Yes! I encourage you to send me logos or share with me any vision you have for the art. Usually, clients choose a background of the venue or if it’s a fashion launch, an outfit of the collection.

Customizations are available for an add-on fee; adding a logo is complimentary.

When will you arrive?

I will arrive at least 1/2 hour early at the venue to get ready and decorate my table. I usually do warm up sketches while greeting guests and tell them what I do.

What if we need to add time day of?

I’d love to sketch as much as I can for your event so that every guest can take one home, but I cannot do that because of time constraints. I will stop when my list is capped out. I do allow additional time added if you need more at an hourly charge.

What kind of payment is accepted?

I accept many different methods of payment and we can discuss which method is best.

What are next steps?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required; and the rest would be due after the event within 15 business days.

Cancellations are accepted 30 days prior to the day of the event.
